A combination of breath control, also known as Pranayama, and guided visualization. Pranayama is the active process of observing and controlling the breath to create a desired response in the body. Ramacharaka, an expert on the science of breath, said the following, “Breathing may be considered the most important of all the functions of the body, for, indeed, all the other functions depend upon it.” Guided visualization is the process of being guided, by the teacher’s voice, through a process of seeing different images, colors, symbols etc. This is a powerful way to exercise your imagination and learn to work with manifestation. As well, visualization techniques have proven successful in healing illness. Meditation teaches us to see the true nature of the world and how to live fully, by expressing our deepest purpose. Everyone can learn. Hard to believe? The proof is in the practice! Meditate regularly and you will get results.
